Garlic Butter Baked Chicken
2 Large Eggs
2 tbsp Milk
2 lbs Chicken Pieces
1-Cup Plain Breadcrumbs
1-Pkg Cugino's Garlic Butter Bud Buster Rubz
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl whisk together milk and eggs. In a second bowl toss together package of Rubz with 1-cup plain breadcrumbs. Dip each piece of chicken in egg mixture, then coat with garlic butter rubz and breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken pieces in a large nonstick roasting pan and bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until the juices run clear. Serve over a bed of your favorite pasta or with mashed potatoes.
Mar-Garlica Lime Steak Tacos
3 lbs Beef Skirt Steaks
½ Cup Olive Oil
2 Red Onions 1/3” Slices
2 Medium Tomatoes, Diced
2 Ripe Avocados
Sour Cream
Flour Tortillas
1-Pkg Cugino’s Mar-Garlica Lime Madness Rubz
Rub steaks with and onion slices with a small amount of olive oil, and generously coat with RUBZ! Grill to desired degree of doneness. Slice skirt steaks against the grain into ½” slices and serve in warmed flour tortillas. Garnish with diced tomatoes, a dollop of sour cream and a slice of avocado.
Panko Crusted Garlic Butter Tilapia
Tilapia (recommended but other fish can be used)
Panko Crumbs
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. Cugino’s Garlic Butter Bud Buster RUBZ!
Preheat oven to 375. Place pieces of tilapia on a foil covered baking pan. Mix Rubz (approx. 1 Tbsp. per piece) and Panko Crumbs (same amount as Rubz) in a separate bowl. Next, cover tilapia generously with mix and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for about 25 min or until a nice golden brown color. Serve with your choice of vegetables and rice.
