This one's a little tropical and especially nice for seafood and chicken. A marriage of lime, garlic, and spices that will take your tastebuds on a trip to the carribean from your very first bite! Evenly coat your desired cuts of steak, chops, chicken, or fish with RUBZ! Place on a medium high preheated grill and sear on both sides, turning only once while grilling. (4 oz package coats approx. 5 lbs.)

I use this Mar-Garlica Lime Madness for marinating beef kabobs. If you leave them sit overnight, it's absolute heaven on a skewer. The meat stays tender and moist, with lots of flavor. I get tons of compliments with this stuff-No Joke. They say this is good for chicken and seafood, but I've found that it works excellent on beef- particularly sirloin. By far the best rub I've ever used.
